4) First of all, I should say, that it is very good, that you decided to do any sport. It is very impornat to keep you body in a healthy form.
So, if you want team games, you should try footbal, volleyball, basketball, hockey and others. If you have a friend, who also wants to play something, you both should try tennis, badminton or squash. It is very funny to play one-versus-one games. But, if you prefer loneliness, swimming, riding a bike, athletics or just running will be the best for you.
Nevertheless, sports depend on the cost of equipment, time of year and many others. Choose the sport wisely.

It is popular with both young and old people.
Sport helps people to keep fit and stay healthy.
A lot of people do morning exercises and go in for jogging.
Some do sports professionally.

2. Of course, I absolutely agree. Because smoking is very dangerous for our health. It kills 5 million people a year, increases the risk of many diseases (cancer and others), destroys immune system. Sigarets contains of thousands chemicals.
5. Fast food is very dangerous for our health. It is a delicious silent killer because it tastes nice and looks nice, but it's very unhealthy. Additives like flavorings, preservatives which fast food contains influence on our heart, pressure, our look. And it can lead to health problems. That's why people should eat fast food less or stop eating it.
