If you want to be healthy you need to live a healthy life. Healthy living includes nutritions, exercise, personal hygiene, and much more.
I try to follow all these rules. In the morning I do exercises! Every day I eat porridge with milk ( this is very useful )! You should eat vegetables and various fruits. In no case don't eat junk food like chips and crackers. Do not smokeand don't drink alcoholic beverages and so on. Be sure to brush your teeth in the morning and evening. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not so easy, nevertheless it's posiible. I choose a healthy lifestyle! Do the same.

At first you should say the truth to her because you can’t lose her trust.
You shouldn’t trust to dragger.
You should help against her wishes.

I can give you some advice:
1) Dont eat! If you continue eating much, you will become bigger and bigger, and you will have very serious problems with health.
2) Challenge yourself! You you cant stand up from chair - try it!
3) Drink only fresh water. ONLY fresh! Dont drink cola, soda and other.
4) Do some exersices. Dont many. Some activity dont harm you!
