My full name is Kirill Dmitrievich Timofievich. I was born on the 21th of December in 1998 in Soligorsk, Minsk region. I have lived all my life in this town and I love it very much. Now I’d like to tell you about my family. We are four: my mother, my father, my sister and I. My father’s name is Dmitri Vasilievich. He is 49 years old. When she was young she had long straight ash-blond hair, now she wears her hair long too. What I like most about my mother is that she is always smart and elegant. My mother is a woman of character, well-bred, kind and clever, she likes growing flowers. She is warm hearted and at the same time practical, reserved and full of common sense. But I know exactly that she has my mother's eyes that makes her absolutely beautiful. She has already married and she's with a baby. I forgot to tell that her name is Anya and she is 25 years old. She is slim, graceful, and delicate. Her character is very various. She can be sincere, but at the same time very closed. But she always smiles and laughs. She struggled in school and sometimes quarreled with parents when she was a girl, but I am absolutely sure that she the most wonderful sister.

Now it’s time to say a few words about my brother. He is a spitting image of my father. His name is Misha  and he is the nosiest creature I’ve ever known, though he is an apple of my Granny’s eye. My brother studies at the same school as I in the 7th form. He is slim and looks tall for his age. He is rather a good student , but I can’t say he is a spoilt child. He is especially good at chemistry

My parents have been already married for 14 years, and our family has become a real emotional centre for each of us due to the fact that our father not only provides for the family, but also pays attention to our problems. As for our mother she creates the homely atmosphere, encourages her husband and me  to keep up family traditions and care about each other. She is the sun of our home solar system who comforts us when we upset, cures and looks after us when we are ill, shares  our happiness and misfortunes with us. Our parents are frankly honest with me. They don’t always agree to what I say but they always listen to my opinion. They are very positive about my friends although they don’t always approve of our tastes, views and clothes. I understand that process of upbringing children is very complicated and difficult and requires much effort, mutual respect, and tolerance. That’s why I’m very grateful to my parents as they always help me to solve my problems and are very tolerant to me.

I think that each family has to celebrate various holidays in own way since each family has traditions. Usually, we celebrate them together, in a close circle; we invite the elder sister with her husband, my mother's good girlfriend and celebrate any holidays together.  New Year is an exception. My father  usually has to work therefore every year, I and mother,  meet New Year together. It's very cheerful to celebrate holidays with mum! She makes out different interesting games and  lightens my mood.
Everyone in our family knows their own household chores. We never quarell. I like to spend time with my family, since they are the most remarkable, cheerful and very close to me.
