My Family
My full name is Nikita Alexandrovich Stennik . I was born on the 22th of October in 1998 in Soligorsk, Minsk region. I have lived all my life in this town and I love it very much. I study at school No.10 in the 8th form. I’ll be 14 soon. I resembled my mother in appearance but take after my father in nature. People say I am energetic, never panic in a crisis and rather intelligent.
Now I’d like to tell you about my family. We are three: my mother, my father and I. My father’s name is Alexandr Victorovich. He is 38 years old. He is a tall and well built man with short black hair and green eyes. He has an oval face with an aquiline nose. He is generous and full of joy but sometimes very strict. My father is a locksmith at a big plant. He works five days a week. Usually he leaves the house at 6 o’clock in the morning and comes back at 5 p.m.. Sometimes he works overtime. My father is very responsible, a good specialist and people respect him.
My mother’s name is Elena Vladimirovna, she is three years younger than my father. My mother is a short slim woman. She has got a thin oval attractive face and brown eyes  When she was young she had thick curly ash-blond hair, now she wears  blond hair  What I like most about my mother is that she is always smart and elegant. My mother is a woman of character, well-bred, tactful and fair. She is warm hearted and at the same time practical, reserved and full of common sense. She works as a shop manager in the "Optica". She is a very busy woman and also has a lot of work about the house.
y parents have been already married for 14 years, and our family has become a real emotional centre for each of us due to the fact that our father not only provides for the family, but also pays attention to our problems. As for our mother she creates the homely atmosphere, encourages her husband and me  to keep up family traditions and care about each other. She is the sun of our home solar system who comforts us when we upset, cures and looks after us when we are ill, shares  our happiness and misfortunes with us. Our parents are frankly honest with me. They don’t always agree to what I say but they always listen to my opinion. They are very positive about my friends although they don’t always approve of our tastes, views and clothes. I understand that process of upbringing children is very complicated and difficult and requires much effort, mutual respect, and tolerance. That’s why I’m very grateful to my parents as they always help me to solve my problems and are very tolerant to me.
